all emotions are important
- donβt judge yourself if you feel stressed or sad for no reason. give yourself a break. no need to rush
- youβre not a burden. you are loved and needed here
- cry your eyes out if you want to. itβs ok
- donβt explode at your loved ones when youβre overloaded. you will hurt them a lot
- notice good things. sunny weather, funny meme, yummy food or cute message. you will learn how to find them in your life. step by step
- never hide your emotions. your close ones can feel it. they want to help, not to see you with a fake smile. or listen to your silence
- you donβt always have to figure out the βwhyβ. sometimes itβs not that deep, and practicing acceptance and letting go brings us more peace
